He founded the Centurion Group in 1995, providing expertise and resources in financial services globally.
Previously, David had worked with the Bank of Bermuda in corporate, fund and trust services and provided investment management advice to private high net worth clients.
He has deep experience in the alternative finance space and manages the investments of a global portfolio of clients.
Roger is the CEO of Capital Springboard.
He is responsible for the day-to- day management of the Singapore operation and looks after investors for Singapore.
Roger spent most of his career with DHL in key leadership positions, most recently as a Member of the Board of Management, Deutsche Post AG (DeutschePost DHL) and Global Chief Executive Officer, DHL Global Forwarding, Freight Division from 2011 until 2015.
Prior to this, Roger was the CEO of DHL Express Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa Region with 129 markets, and at the same time he was Global Head of Sales and e-Commerce for DHL Express and a member of DHL Express Global Management Board. Before this Roger was CEO of DHL Express Americas.
He has successfully worked in North and South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Pollyanna is the co-founder of Capital Springboard and the Head of Credit.
She is responsible for credit risk assessment, seller on-boarding, as well as individual deal approval.
She is also a director of the Centurion Group and Capital Springboard.
Pollyanna is responsible for the day-to- day management of Group activities and investment teams and has more than 10 years’ experience in the alternative finance arena.
After obtaining an MBA at INSEAD, Pollyanna worked in corporate finance for Honeywell Inc and Accenture, where she was responsible for structuring ventures and alliance projects.
Lee Ren is a pioneer in the Fintech sector and played an instrumental role in growing several companies from promising start-ups in Singapore’s nascent Fintech space to securing Venture Capital and Initial Public Offerings on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
Previously, as Head of Operations at CoAssets, he contributed significantly to enhance and robust the company’s key work processes and procedures across all departments and manage stakeholders in five countries of Operations.
Lee Ren has worked with one of the world’s top accounting firms to develop proprietary credit underwriting systems and was also a key driver for securities licensing applications in both Singapore and Malaysia.
Lee Ren is a CMFAS holder and has championed debates on the future of Corporate Finance by ACCA.
Javier oversees all engineering and software development at Capital Springboard, creating the most secure and easy to use SME financing platform on the market.
In the past 12 years, Javier has developed projects spanning various industries including e-commerce, financial services, real estate and healthcare with a focus on software and technology.
Earlier in his career, Javier worked as a consultant with clients including Lexmark International, PharmaNet and Florida Power & Light. He was also the principal security engineer at Nextera Energy, the 3rd largest electric utility in the United States.
